No. A reservation asks us to hold the scent for you. We confirm it with you first, then agree how you'd like to pay. Payment is complete only once we confirm we've received it.

We deliver inside Kuwait, or you can pick up your order. If there's a delivery fee, we tell you when we accept your reservation.

Yes. If you cancel, the bottle simply returns to the collection. If you've already paid, we agree the return with you before anything is sent back.

Eau de parfum is sprayed onto the skin. A perfume oil is applied by hand, a drop at a time, and sits close to the skin. Many people layer the two.
